The project is divided into Zhujia Garden Tourist Attraction and the surrounding landscape restoration and reconstruction project area and Zhilin Temple and Wumiao Tourist Attraction and the surrounding landscape restoration and reconstruction project area. The total investment of the project is about 3.1 billion yuan, of which the estimated total investment of the new project is about 2.1 billion yuan. The total construction area of the project is 44 square kilometers, with a total investment scale of approximately 5 billion yuan. The first phase is the pilot construction period, covering the area south of Shandong Road in Liupanshan, north of Xingcheng Road, west of Qingshui River, east of Qin Changcheng Ecological and Cultural Park and Guyanling Ecological and Cultural Park. 430 sponge city construction projects will be implemented, covering an area of 23 square kilometers, with an investment of about 3.8 billion yuan, including 328 PPP projects with an investment of about 2.988 billion yuan. The second phase is the project expansion area, with a planned construction area of about 10 square kilometers and an investment of approximately 1.2 billion yuan. Hebei Cangzhou High-tech Zone Industrial New Town PPP Project (the third batch of PPP demonstration project of the Ministry of Finance)

The total investment of the project is 714 million yuan, located in the northwest of Cangzhou High tech Industrial Development Zone, with Jilin Avenue to the east, Qinghai Avenue to the west, Yongji Road to the north, and Jinan Road to the south. The project covers an area of 133300 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 195000 square meters. It will construct 13 buildings, with a layout of "street+square+courtyard". It will consist of one 15 story high-rise office building and 12 3-4 story multi story factory buildings, with a planned layout of "two axes and one road", and will operate and manage the newly built industrial city. The project cooperation period is 15 years, and the operation mode is BOT. The payment mode is government payment.

Pingdingshan Urban sewage Treatment Project in Henan Province (the second batch of PPP demonstration project of the Ministry of Finance)

The project involves sewage treatment facilities including the first phase of Pingdingshan First Sewage Treatment Plant, the first phase of Pingdingshan Second Sewage Treatment Plant, and the first and second phases of Pingdingshan Xincheng District Sewage Treatment Plant. Among them, the assets of the first and second phases of the municipal sewage treatment plants are held by Pingdingshan Sewage Purification Company, and the assets of the first and second phases of the municipal Xincheng District sewage treatment plant (including ongoing projects) are held by Pingdingshan Xincheng Qingyuan Sewage Purification Co., Ltd. After evaluation, the total net asset value is 330.7771 million yuan. The total design capacity of the aforementioned sewage treatment facilities is 260000 tons per day. The total area of the project is 759 acres, of which 650 acres can be constructed, and the remaining 109 acres are for supporting construction projects such as greening. We plan to build a "one venue, three pavilions, and one sports school" with a total construction area of 180731 square meters. A stadium, with a capacity of 35000 seats and a building area of 45500 square meters, is referred to as "one venue"; The "Three Halls" refer to the swimming pool, gymnasium, and exhibition fitness center. Zhongtian Co-created Ordos coal deep processing demonstration project

Project client: Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. The main construction contents of the project include: 3.6 million tons/year methanol plant, 350000 tons/year PP plant, 350000 tons/year plant, 120000 tons/year LDPE plant, 250000 tons/year LDPE plant, and 300000 tons/year LDPE plant. In addition, it includes air separation plant, supporting boiler plant, power generation plant, and auxiliary production facilities for the process plant, with a construction scale of 39.1 billion yuan.

Yunnan-tibet Highway Project (National Key Project)

The entrusting party: Department of Transport of the Xizang Autonomous Region. The project starts from the Yunnan Tibet border in Chawalong Township, Chayu County and ends in Zhuwagen Town, Chayu County, with a total length of approximately 253 kilometers

The whole line is reconstructed according to the standard of fourth-class highway. The investment scale of the project is 1.82 billion yuan.
